**Timber Visions Terms and Conditions**
At Timber Visions, we accept all forms of payment, including Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay. For any custom work requested, a 25% down payment is required. We encourage our patrons to email us to discuss the specifics of their desired items. To enhance your shopping experience, we offer hand delivery for most products, with fees applicable for distances over 100 miles from our primary location. Customers are also welcome to pick up their items directly. Please note that returns are accepted within 14 days after final payment, excluding delivery fees, buyers are responsible for return shipping and handling. If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out, we will do our best to resolve them.
